Academic Lines

Adding Yearly Academic lines

• The academic lines for each cohort will be managed through the Curriculum Periods before the start of each academic year. For the 2024-2025 year Schulich Information Services will be working with UME to add the academic lines for the four cohorts. Moving forward, UME will manage this and detailed instructions will be added to this manual.

Copy, Edit, View Comments and Delete Academic Lines

• You can Copy, Edit, View Comments and Delete Academic Lines by clicking on the respective icons at the beginning of each academic line.

Subsequent Academic lines

• If the student is going on a leave during an academic year, click on the "Edit" icon to edit the academic line for the affected academic year. Revise the end date and any other information needed and click "Save".

• To add a subsequent academic line click on the "Add" button in the top right corner of the screen.

• In the Academic Line window that opens, add all of the required information and click save. The leave academic line will now appear in the grid.

• When the student is returning from a leave follow the steps in the two paragraphs above to add their Returning academic line.
