HOCC

The HOCC pane allows you to add a new HOCC record and view, edit, or delete an existing record.

Adding a new HOCC record:

HOCC Add

  • To add a HOCC record, find the individual in "People," expand the "Person Details List" and click on the HOCC link in the forms list.
  • Click Edit and choose the appropriate Group Description from the dropdown list:

HOCC DropDown list - Choosing a Group Description will auto-populate the Group Title, Level, Type, and Site. - Click Save to save the new HOCC record. HOCC Save

  • If there is an existing HOCC record you will have Edit and Delete access. HOCC Edit Delete
  • Click Edit to change the Group Description.
  • Click Delete to delete the HOCC record.
  • You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete the record.
