Recognition Tracking:
- Search for existing Recognition tracking records;
- Edit existing Recognition tracking records;
- Add a new Recognition tracking record;
- Delete a Recognition tracking record.
1. Search for the person whose recognition tracking record you want to view, edit, add to, or delete from:
2. Once you are on the record for that person, expand the Person Details list icon:
3. Click on the "Recognition" link
4. The Recognition Tracking window will open and a list of any current Recognition tracking records will be displayed.
Clicking on the three ellipses of a recognition tracking record will open the record modal - shown in the next step.
5. This recognition tracking modal shows you the details of the recognition record. Once you are done, click "Close" to close the modal.
6. Click on the pencil icon to edit the recognition tracking record.
7. The Recognition Tracking modal will open. Make your edits and click "Save".
8. The green Updated record pop-up will appear to indicate your updates have been save.
To Add a new Recognition tracking record, click "Add"
9. The "Recognition Type" modal will open.
Click on the down arrow of the Recognition Type to expand the menu.
10. Choose the Recognition Type you are adding.
11. Once you have chosen the Recognition Type fill in the other fields and click "Save."
12. The new record will appear in the list of records for this individual.
To delete a record, click on the trash can icon:
13. To delete, Click "Yes" and the record will be deleted.
