The codes window allows you to search for existing Fellowship Programs and Universities.

Fellowships

Adding a new Fellowship Program

If you think you need to add a new Fellowship, search the grid thoroughly to ensure the fellowship code does not already exist. Each column, except the "Records" column can be filtered to assist in your search.

If you determine the Fellowship code does not already exist, add the new code by clicking on the "Add" button.

The "Create Fellowship Program" window will open. Complete all the fields and click the "Active" button, then click "Save." You will be taken back to the "Fellowship Programs" grid where you can confirm the new Fellowship code has been added by searching for it in the grid.

Editing an existing Fellowship Code

You can also edit existing Fellowship codes by clicking on the "edit" icon for the code you want to edit.

The "Edit Fellowship Program" window will open. Make your changes and click "Save."

Exporting the grid list

You can also export the Fellowship codes by clicking on the "Export" icon.

Universities

Adding a new University

If you think you need to add a new University, search the grid thoroughly to ensure the University code does not already exist. Each column, except the "Records" column can be filtered to assist in your search.

If you determine the University code does not already exist, add the new code by clicking on the "Add" button.

The "Create University Program" window will open. Complete all the fields and click the "Active" button, then click "Save." You will be taken back to the "University" grid where you can confirm the new University code has been added by searching for it in the grid.

Editing an existing University

You can also edit existing University codes by clicking on the "edit" icon for the university you want to edit.

The "Edit University" window will open. Make your changes and click "Save."

Exporting the grid list

You can also export the university by clicking on the "Export" icon.
