General Forms

The General Forms menu houses all of the forms in SAS.

• Click on the General Forms drop down arrow and any form(s) you have access to will be listed. (e.g. Medical Directives, Add New Person request, etc.).

• Click on the form you want to access to go to that form. Currently the only form available in General Forms is Medical Directives. You will only see the General Forms drop down in the Purple sidebar when it contains a form you can access.
