Medical Directives
Click on the Medical Directives link under "General Forms" to go to the Medical Directives (MD) form.
When you first click on Medical Directives (MD) your only option is to "Add" a new MD. Choosing an existing Medical Directive from the "Directives" dropdown list will display the other function buttons and show you the details of the Medical Directive you have chosen.
Medical Directives Details
Details regarding each Medical Directive are displayed on the Medical Directives form. They include:
- Directive Name
- Hospital
- Description
- Start Date
- End Date
- URL
- Comments
- Number of signed directives
- Number of unsigned directives
- Name of the last person to update the directive and the date it was updated
- List of users assigned the directive
